Notice of Meeting of Members: The St. George Masonic Club Ltd

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the members of The St. George Masonic Club Ltd will be held at 86 Roberts Ave, Mortdale, 2223, on Monday 31 August 2026 at 2.30pm.

Please be advised that this meeting does not affect the day to day operations of Maso’s Club, which will continue to operate as normal for members. The purpose of this meeting is to formally conclude the amalgamation between St. George Leagues Club and The St. George Masonic Club, completed in July 2024, by winding up the original company structure in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two entities.
